I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where clients can feel safe to explore their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. My approach is person-centered and attachment-focused, meaning our work is guided by your experiences, values, and needs. I integrate emotion-focused therapy and identity exploration to help you understand patterns shaped by relationships, family of origin, and past experiences.

Together, we work to build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and deepen emotional awareness. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time—it can be a supportive space for curiosity, healing, and meaningful growth at a pace that feels right for you.
